What we need

You do not need to share live credentials to start. The audit can begin from Shopify order exports, ShipStation exports, screenshots, or the same CSVs your team already uses for receiving, returns, and claims.

• Shopify paid and unfulfilled orders from the last 30 days.
• ShipStation orders and shipments from the same window.
• Any receiving, return, damage, or claim CSV your team already maintains.
• Optional notes on cutoff windows, carriers, and who owns exceptions today.

What the audit catches

The audit looks for the same seven exception types StuckOrders tracks in production: orders aging past cutoff, paid Shopify orders missing in ShipStation, return holds awaiting refund or restock, SKU blockers, short or damaged receipts, unowned vendor and carrier claims, and fulfillments not synced back to Shopify.
