CSV reports to owned queue

Stop using CSV exports as the place exceptions go to die.

Receiving, returns, damage, claims, inventory, and inbound ETA CSVs already contain the evidence your team needs. StuckOrders maps those files into owned exceptions with source rows, owners, ages, and next actions.

ReceivingShort or damaged receipts against expected quantity.
ReturnsReceived returns waiting on refund or restock.
ClaimsCarrier, vendor, or customer claims missing owner or deadline.
InventorySKU blockers and low inventory rows tied back to open orders.
Inbound ETAContainers past ETA and still not arrived.
Damage logsDamaged units that need evidence and a claim packet.

Why spreadsheets stop scaling

A spreadsheet can show a row, but it usually cannot tell you who owns it, how old it is, whether it already created a claim, or whether the same issue is blocking an order in Shopify or ShipStation. At low volume, a tab named "FIX THESE" works. At higher volume, it becomes another place to forget a decision.

StuckOrders keeps the CSV source row, but turns the row into a queue item your team can assign, snooze, resolve, and export.

How CSV mapping works

  1. Choose the report type: inventory, receiving, damage, return, claim, or inbound ETA.
  2. Map the columns once, such as SKU, order, quantity, owner, due date, vendor, or ETA.
  3. Save the mapping profile for the client or warehouse.
  4. Upload the report and re-run detection.
  5. Every exception keeps its source file and data row for traceability.

What happens after upload

Rows that match an exception rule become active queue items. A claim row with no owner or due date becomes an unowned claim. A receiving row with damaged units becomes a damaged-receipt exception. A return row with a pending refund becomes a return hold. Those items then appear alongside Shopify and ShipStation exceptions so the team clears one queue instead of three tools.
